Butter Fish/Punnara is a very tasty fish with minimal bones and soft meat. As the name implies, the soft flesh literally bend in your hands when you pick it up. One of the tastiest, but not known to many, probably the best kept secret amongst our sea water treasures. Small and medium fishes may contain head pieces in all cutting styles.
